Mer detaljerad information i senaste EAA-nytt men här kommer lite kompletterande:
Träffen pågår mellan 6-8 juni, huvuddagen är lördagen den 7:e.
Ett tips är att besöka Västerås Nationaldags-Flyin den 6:e och att flyga vidare till Borlänge på kvällen!
Tornet i Borlänge är öppet den 7:e mellan 08:00 och 16:00 LT. Övrig tid anropas Borlänge Radio på samma frekvens.
Söndag 8:e är tornet öppet för charter mellan 15:30 och 18:30 (då är det bäst att vi håller oss undan…..).
Ankomstanmälan till träffen görs via samma formulär som förra året, länk nedan. Vi behöver fördela ankomsterna lite bättre än förra året, därför finns en planering (också länk nedan) där du kan se när ankomst är lämplig. Du får en bekräftelse via mail när din ankomstanmälan är mottagen och OK!
Middag serveras lördag 7 juni kl 17:00. På menyn står örtstekt kycklingfilé med gräddig pepparsås och rostad färskpotatis, sallad smör/bröd, kaffe och hembakad kaka.
Priset för middag är 320 :- ink valfri alkoholfri dryck (alternativa drycker kommer att finnas till separat försäljning). Middagen måste bokas senast 2 juni genom betalning till Swish nr 123 675 5482.
OBS! EAA bjuder inflygande EAA-piloter på middagen – men anmälan till middag måste vi ha senast 2 juni så maten räcker till alla. Det anger du via vanliga anmälningsformuläret nedan!

More detailed information in the latest club magazine EAA-nytt – sorry for the machine translation! – but here is some additional information:
The meeting takes place between June 6-8, the main day is Saturday the 7th.
A tip is to visit Västerås National Day Flyin on the 6th and fly on to Borlänge in the evening!
The tower in Borlänge is open on the 7th between 08:00 and 16:00 LT. At other times, call Borlänge Radio on the same frequency.
On Sunday the 8th, the tower is open for charter between 15:30 and 18:30 (then it is best to stay away…).
Registration for the meeting is done via the same form as last year, link below. We need to distribute the arrivals a little better than last year, therefore there is a plan (also link below) where you can see when arrival is appropriate. You will receive a confirmation via email when your registration has been received and OK!
Dinner is served Saturday, June 7 at 17:00. The menu includes herb-roasted chicken fillet with creamy pepper sauce and roasted new potatoes, salad, butter/bread, coffee and homemade cake.
The price for dinner is SEK 320 including a non-alcoholic drink of your choice (alternative drinks will be available for sale separately). Dinner must be booked no later than June 2 by paying to Swish number 123 675 5482.
NOTE! EAA invites incoming EAA pilots to dinner – but we must receive registration for dinner by June 2nd so that there is enough food for everyone. You can do this via the regular registration form below!
